What does Denco Dentals make?
ZIRCODEN zirconia crowns (including Monolith and multi layer zirconia), DENCO DMLS and DENCO PFM metal ceramic, full metal crowns, implant restorations and components, E-max lithium silicate, Shofu Ceramage composite, PMMA and acrylic crowns, removable dentures and orthodontic appliances. How much does a zirconia crown cost?
On the price list effective from 1 January 2026, ZIRCODEN zirconia crowns range from ₹1,600 (Trendy) to ₹4,500 (Ultra), ZIRCODEN Monolith full contour crowns from ₹1,400 to ₹4,000, and multi layer zirconia from ₹3,000 to ₹6,000. See tiers and rates.
How much do implant restorations cost?
DENPLANT R (abutment required) is ₹2,000 and DENPLANT BS (basal implant) is ₹1,600. A customised chrome cobalt abutment is ₹1,000, and implant frameworks for up to 12 units are ₹6,000, ₹8,000 or ₹12,000 by size. Customised implant pricing can vary from patient to patient. See implant restorations.
Are these final prices?
They are base, indicative prices. Customised products are priced by case design, clinical needs and material, and extra charges can apply for gum ceramic, extra components or complex work. Denco confirms the final quotation after evaluating the case and before starting the work.
Is Denco a licensed manufacturer?
Yes. Denco Dentals holds medical device manufacturing licence No. MFG/MD/2023/000858, authorising it to make Class A and Class B medical devices under India’s Medical Devices Rules, 2017. Its quality management is certified to ISO 13485:2016 (Reg. No. RQMD91/11399).

How long does a case take?
DENCO DMLS, full metal and fixed acrylic crowns take 3 working days. Zirconia (ZIRCODEN, Monolith and multi layer) and DENCO PFM or CF take 4 working days, and implant work takes 6. Turnaround is counted from the day the case reaches the lab. You can estimate a ready date before sending.
Can I send an intraoral scan instead of an impression?
Yes. Send the scan of the prepared arch, the opposing arch and the bite, and fill in a case request so the lab can match the files to your case.
How do I send a physical impression?
Disinfect it, seal it in a bag with a completed order form, pack it firmly and send it to the lab address on the contact page.
What equipment does the lab use?
3D printing of wax patterns (Forms Lab), CAD/CAM design software (exo cad), Model scanner for cast scanning (Open Technologies), Milling for zirconium and implants (Yenadent), Zirconia milling (XTCERA X-mill 500 Plus), Induction casting machine (VOP). See the digital lab.
