What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
- Case requests: the dentist's name, clinic, phone number, email address, product, tooth numbers, shade, dates, your case reference and notes. We ask you not to enter patients' names.
- Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, the position, your message and your resume.
- Technical data: our web server records standard request logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) to keep the site secure.
Why we use it
We use this data only to reply to enquiries, handle case requests, consider job applications and keep the website secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie so that forms work securely. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the contact page loads from Google Maps only when you choose to show it, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp's own service; their privacy policies apply there.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and case requests for as long as needed to handle them and meet our legal obligations, and job applications for as long as needed to fill the position.
