Ways to send a case

Intraoral scan

  1. Scan the prepared arch, the opposing arch and the bite.
  2. Send the scan files to the lab with the order form details.
  3. Fill in the case request below so the lab can match the files to your case.

  1. Disinfect the impression and bite registration.
  2. Seal them in a bag with a printed, completed order form.
  3. Pack the case firmly and post or deliver it to the lab address below.
